in one minute
stonkholder lets anyone launch a meme coin about any x account on stonkfun, paired with a tokenized stock: pre-ipo tokens like anthropic and openai, or xstocks like tslax and spcxx. every trade pays fees in that stock. our program holds the person's share in a vault tied to their x user id.
the person verifies their x with a one-time post, links a wallet and claims it, or swaps it to sol or usdc. if they never claim, it keeps stacking in public on the cap table, a register of every x account ranked by the stock held for it. each account gets a certificate page.
- a launcher picks an x account, a stock and a tax, and signs one transaction.
- people trade the coin on stonkfun. fees arrive in the stock.
- anyone can sweep the coin. the program splits what came in: 70% booked to the person, 20% to buyback and burn of the platform coin, 10% to the launcher (no-tax coins).
- the person verifies their x and claims, or leaves it on the table.
one x account gets one coin. the first coin registered for an x user id is the only one the program will ever accept for it.
launching a coin
- pick the account. paste an x handle. we look it up and show the picture, name and follower count so you pick the right one. the account needs at least 1,000 followers; the attestor checks that before it signs the registration, so the program enforces it.
- pick the stock. any stock stonkfun lets you pair with on launchlab, with its live price. the coin is quoted in it, so its fees arrive in it.
- pick the tax. no tax, 1%, 3%, or a custom rate once stonkfun turns on standardv2. it is locked when the coin is made. see the tax modes.
- name it. name, ticker, image, and the lore: why this person.
- dev buy. optional on a no-tax coin (it lands in your wallet). required on a reward coin: it buys at least 10% of supply into the person's vault, where it stays for good.
- sign. one transaction (two if it doesn't fit) creates the coin on raydium launchlab with stonkfun's platform id, sets the creator to the coin's own program address, does the dev buy, and calls
register_coin. stonkfun adopts any launchlab pool with its platform id within about a minute.
trading
coins trade on stonkfun like any other stonkfun coin, before and after graduation. our coin pages link to stonkfun's trade view; we have no swap screen of our own. each coin page shows who it names, what has stacked so far, its tax and split, and every sweep and claim with its transaction.
the tax modes
stonkfun runs on raydium launchlab. its pool fee is 1% of each trade. what happens beyond that depends on the mode the launcher picks. figures below are per $1,000,000 traded.
| mode | where the money goes | to the person | to holders | buyback + burn | launcher |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| no tax (stonkfun standard) | the creator share of the 1% pool fee, measured on chain at about 0.45% of volume, goes to the coin's vault and splits 70 / 20 / 10 | $3,150 | $0 | $900 | $450 |
| 1% reward | a 1% transfer tax pays every holder pro rata, in the stock. the person holds the locked 10% of supply | $1,000 | $9,000 | $0 | $0 |
| 3% reward | same at 3% | $3,000 | $27,000 | $0 | $0 |
| custom, e.g. 3% (standardv2) | the tax goes 80% to the coin's vault and 20% to holders. the vault splits 87.5 / 6.25 / 6.25 | $21,000 | $6,000 | $1,500 | $1,500 |
the reward figures assume the launcher locked the 10% minimum. locking 20% doubles the person's share and halves nothing else. the live line on the launch form prices these in the stock you picked, at its live price.
what traders pay
on every mode, the 1% pool fee. on reward and custom coins, the tax as well, on each buy and sell. on pre-ipo stocks, the stock's own 1% transfer fee on the quote leg. the form says so before anyone signs.
reward mode, in detail
stonkfun's reward mode has no creator fee: the whole tax goes to holders. so the launcher's dev buy lands in a token account owned by the coin's program address. no instruction in the program can move those tokens, so the person earns the holder share of that supply forever and nobody can dump it. the program checks at registration that the account holds at least 10% of supply. reward coins earn the platform nothing.
custom rate (standardv2)
stonkfun has built standardv2 but has not turned it on. until it does, the custom option is greyed out everywhere on this site. when it is on, the launch records the fee recipients with stonkfun before the coin exists, signed by the mint key, and they can't change after.
the split
| mode | person | platform | launcher |
|---|---|---|---|
| no tax | 7000 bps | 2000 bps | 1000 bps |
| reward | 10000 bps | 0 | 0 |
| custom | 8750 bps | 625 bps | 625 bps |
the bps are written into each coin's account at registration and never change. on every sweep the program floors the platform and launcher parts and gives the person the rest, so rounding always favours the person. the verify page runs the same maths in your browser.
the person's part does not move on a sweep. it is booked to the coin's accrued balance and stays in the coin's own token account until claimed. moving it to a separate vault would cost another 1% transfer fee on pre-ipo stocks.
sweeps and the keeper
sweep is permissionless: anyone can send it for any coin. it claims the coin's creator fees from launchlab (signed by the coin's program address), picks up anything already sent to the coin's account, and splits whatever is new since the last sweep.
our keeper wallet sends a sweep for every coin about every 10 minutes and pays the network fee. if it stops, anyone can keep sweeping; nothing is lost in between, it just waits in launchlab's fee vault or the coin's account.
claiming
- verify your x. type your handle and you get a one-time code that lasts 30 minutes. post it from that account. our server reads the account's latest posts and looks for the code in a post made after the code was issued, matched on the numeric x user id, not the handle. found means you're in for 7 days (a signed cookie). there is no x login, so we never get any access to your account. protected accounts have to be public for that minute. you can delete the post afterwards.
- link a wallet. the attestor signs "this x user id links this wallet", and the program records it. the first link starts a 48 hour wait, shown on the public ledger. linking a different wallet later restarts the wait.
- claim. after the wait, each claim needs a fresh attestor signature that expires in 5 minutes. the program sends the whole
accruedbalance to the linked wallet. you can add a jupiter swap to sol or usdc in the same transaction.
balances never expire. unclaimed stock stays in the coin's account, visible on the cap table, for good.
endorse and opt out
endorse. one tap puts an endorsed stamp on the coin and on your certificate. only the named person can set it, after verifying their x. a coin without the stamp is not endorsed by the person it names, whatever its posts say. you can remove it.
opt out. "stop payments to me". the coin leaves the cap table and this site. you keep 30 days to withdraw what is already there. after that, your share and anything left unclaimed go to the treasury, which uses it to buy back and burn that coin, so its holders benefit, not us. an opt-out can't be undone.
the attestor, and why there is a 48 hour wait
solana can't see who owns an x account. so a server key, the attestor, checks the one-time post and signs a short message. the program only accepts x actions that carry that signature, checked through solana's ed25519 program in the same transaction.
the message is stonkholder:v1: followed by the action (1 register, 2 link, 3 claim, 4 endorse, 5 opt out, 6 unendorse), the x user id, the subject (the coin mint or the wallet), a nonce that must be higher than the last one used, and an expiry. the attestor uses a 300 second expiry.
what the attestor can and can't do
- it can't move anyone's balance by itself. claims only pay the wallet linked to that x account.
- if the attestor key were stolen, an attacker could link their own wallet. the 48 hour wait, shown in public, is the window to notice and rotate the key before any claim can pay out.
- if an x session were stolen, the same wait applies.
- the program admin, a squads 2 of 3 multisig vault held by the team, can rotate the attestor key and pause new launches. no admin instruction can move a person's accrued balance. the only exits are a claim to the linked wallet, or the treasury after an opt-out grace.
the attestor's public key is published below and in the config account. verify compares the two.
maths you can check
raw units and the scaled ui multiplier
the program only ever moves raw token units. pre-ipo tokens carry a scaled ui multiplier that wallets apply for display, and the issuer can change it. this site shows raw × the mint's live multiplier ÷ 10^decimals. verify reads every multiplier from the chain.
the 1% hop
pre-ipo tokens charge a 1% transfer fee per transfer today (the issuer can change it). on a no-tax coin the stock moves twice: from launchlab's fee vault to the coin's account, then to the person's wallet when they claim. that is about 2% lost to the issuer's fee. it is why the person's share stays in the coin's account instead of hopping to a separate vault.
rounding
each sweep floors the platform and launcher parts once. over n sweeps the platform total can be up to n raw units below a single split of the grand total. the person gets those units.
the platform coin
the 20% platform share of no-tax coins (and 6.25% of custom-rate coins) goes to the treasury account. it is meant to buy back and burn the platform coin. the platform coin will launch on meteora (dynamic bonding curve) from a fresh wallet; it is not a stonkholder coin and has no vault. it has not been launched yet, so this site names no ticker and no contract address for it. the buyback works like this: the 2 of 3 multisig withdraws stock tokens from the treasury, swaps them for the platform coin on its meteora pool and burns what it bought. until it exists, the platform share stays in the treasury, where anyone can see it. every treasury spend is written to the ledger with its transaction.
every address
the program's idl is published on chain, so explorers decode every instruction and event. the full list of other xstocks you can pair with comes live from stonkfun on the home page and the launch form.
caveats
- upgradeable and unaudited. the program can be upgraded by its upgrade authority, a squads 2 of 3 multisig held by the team, and no audit has been done. the source is not public; the idl is on chain and every account and event is readable.
- the attestor is trusted for the x check. see the attestor. the 48 hour public wait is the guard.
- issuers control the stocks. the pre-ipo token issuer holds mint, freeze, permanent delegate and pause powers. it can freeze or move tokens in any account, including a coin's account, and pause transfers. we can't undo that. xstocks have their own issuer and terms.
- transfer fees. pre-ipo tokens charge a 1% transfer fee per hop today, and the issuer can change it.
- scaled ui amounts. the displayed amount of a pre-ipo token depends on a multiplier the issuer can change.
- these are tokens, not shares. pre-ipo tokens and xstocks are not shares or equity in the companies, give no shareholder rights, and some of those companies have said so publicly.
- not for us persons. the issuer's terms exclude us persons. the claim screen asks and offers only the swap if you are one.
- not affiliated. stonkholder is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by x, stonkfun, raydium, or any company whose stock is listed here.
- a coin is not an endorsement. a coin names a person; it is not from them unless it carries their endorsed stamp.
- standard-mode figures are measured, not promised. the 0.45% creator share is what we measured on chain for launchlab coins on stonkfun. stonkfun can change its fees.
- reward-mode payouts depend on stonkfun's distributor paying a program-owned account like any holder.
- meme coins are risky. most go to zero. nothing here is financial advice.
faq
does the person have to agree?
no. anyone with 1,000 or more followers can be named, the same way anyone can be tagged. the person can claim, endorse, or opt out at any time. opting out removes the coin from the cap table and this site.
can a second coin be made for the same account?
no. the program creates the person's account when the first coin registers, and a second registration for the same x user id fails.
what if the person changes their handle?
nothing changes. everything is keyed to the numeric x user id, not the handle.
what if nobody ever claims?
the stock stays in the coin's account, on the cap table, forever. it never expires and nobody else can take it.
can stonkholder take the person's balance?
no instruction can send a person's accrued balance anywhere except their linked wallet, or the treasury after they opt out and the 30 day grace ends. the program is upgradeable by a 2 of 3 multisig held by the team, which is why we say it plainly in the caveats.
who pays for sweeps?
our keeper wallet, about every 10 minutes. anyone else can send one too.
why does the first link wait 48 hours?
so that a stolen x session or a stolen attestor key can't pay out quietly. every link shows on the ledger with its time.
where is the platform coin?
it hasn't been launched. when it is, its address will be on this page and in the site header.
